I’m James Burke, pastor and church-planter. I have known and ministered with Brother Dwight Haynes for over 20 years, and I would like to share with you three reasons why you should invite him to minister to your church family.
Dwight is a man of the Word. He understands the necessity and power of preaching expository, Biblical messages in a relevant an applicable way. When Dwight preaches, he does so with an open Bible and skillfully opens God’s Word to his hearers.
Dwight is a man of the Spirit. Time and time again I have watched Brother Dwight follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and seen the response of the people. Dwight’s prayerful preparation and dependence on the working of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of his hearers brings a power and influence greater than any man-made or emotion filled presentation.
Dwight is a man of many talents. Whether playing the piano or accordion, singing, preaching passionately or illustrating his message in chalk, Dwight’s skill and dedication capture the attention of his audience and focus them on the Word.
